Court of Appeal Sends Fairfield Man’s Case Back to Solano Judge

“The appellate court ordered Sloan’s case to be returned to Solano County for Judge Robert Bowers to decide if Sloan’s gun crime merits reducing the prison time.”

The client’s prior prison sentence was cut in half at his re-sentencing.
